Welcome to this helpful feature that will allow you to view and sign-up for classes plus track your invoices and payments online. Now available is a pay online feature, found under "Ledger". Note that you cannot enroll and pay for a class in the same visit, as one of our administrators will have to approve and process charges for your requested enrollment.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING/ PREVIOUS CLIENT MEANING WE HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO LOG IN: Click on the existing customer portal link above. Simply submit the email address in the "Customer Login: that you have provided with us and then click on "Forgot Password" (even though you never received one tbecause this is a new software as of May 25, 2011 and is seperate from the members only area). A temporary password will be sent to your email, use this to log onto your account. Once you are in you will now be able to set your password up. If you did not provice an email or would like to use a different one, please email us at email@example.com.
IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO LOG IN: To get started, just click on "Customer Login" to create your User Name and Password. Then Click on "Create A New Account." Once your account is setup, click on "Classes" to view schedule and request enrollment, . Use the drop down boxes to filter by program (view only Pre-School or Rec. Classes) or sort by day. Clicking on "Request" sends a message to the office so we can view your selection and process the enrollment.
Once the office approves the request you will receive an e-mail to the address provided. Check back soon to see the charges and pay on-line under "Ledger". Cash, checks (made out to Carolina Crossfire), Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
